- Develop IT strategic plan for your organization to incorporate the Internet/Extranet Solution
- Develop software-engineering plan for Internet/Extranet business solution
- Help identify business areas that can benefit from the use of Web technologies
- Define Content and Ownership of Information including Process Workflows
- Identify security requirements, user access, and privacy policies
- Select appropriate hardware and software technology for implementation
- Integrate with current/legacy systems – if needed
