- Develop plan for Computer-Business Application or Enterprise-Wide Automated Solution
- Gather customer requirements and document business processes [AS-IS and TO-BE Models]
- Design Customized Solution and select appropriate hardware and software [3-GLs or 4-GLs]
- Implement Customized Solution and integrate with other systems (internal/external)
- Train personnel in the use of Custom-Built Applications
- Establish a Change Request Mechanism to manage the Software Maintenance Activities
